The conference and banqueting facilities at Palm Beach Resort & Spa are the best in Labuan. The Grand Ballroom has a capacity for 800 guests' theatre style and 600 for sit-down banquet. There are 3 smaller function rooms, Chimney Boardroom, Layangan Boardroom and Mutiara Hall.
